Overload (Electro)
Overload occurs when a Pyro marked enemy is hit with Electro or vice versa, creating a small AoE instance of Pyro DMG which can potentially knock back enemies. Overload DMG is based off the Elemental Mastery and level of the character applying the second element.
Team compositions that focus on Overload can utilize Anemo characters to keep opponents grouped and/or a ranged On-Field DPS that does not have to remain close to enemies. However, Overload compositions are generally best in situations where enemies are immune to its knock back.
Most Overload teams have a Pyro On-Field DPS, however several On-Field Electro On-Field DPS characters can work with Xiangling effectively.

Sample Team Compositions

Raiden's Elemental Burst applies Electro, allowing Xiangling to Overload.
Raiden's Elemental Burst restores energy to party members.
The goal is to alternate between using Xiangling's Elemental Burst and a Venti Elemental Burst infused with Pyro to constantly apply Pyro to the enemy.
Keqing’s infused Normal and Charged attacks should be used while Xiangling’s Pyronado is active, and her Elemental Burst and Elemental Skill should be used while Venti’s Elemental Burst is active.
Venti is almost a requirement in this team due to Overload causing knock back on smaller enemies.
