## Character Breakdown

* **Elemental Skill** provides a shield that creates a Night Star every 1.5s, when the active character uses an **Elemental Skill** or when the **Elemental Burst** hits while shield is active. Once the maximum (4 stacks) is accumulated, a homing Shooting Star will be fired off, dealing **Cryo DMG**.
* Elemental Burst creates a field which fires Starlight Slugs that deals **Cryo DMG**. 
* Building full **HP** is strongly encouraged as her damage scales with **HP** and having her shield breaking will hurt her damage and **Energy Particle** generation.
