Character Breakdown
Elemental Skill (Tap) releases a homing Electro orb that deals Electro DMG and applies 1 stack of the Conductive status (Max 3 stacks).
Elemental Skill (Hold) causes lightning to strike down dealing massive Electro DMG to all enemies within its AoE.
Deals more Electro DMG to enemies with higher Conductive stacks which are then consumed.
Elemental Burst deals continuous Electro DMG within its AoE and knocks back enemies on hit.
A4 reduces enemies' DEF by 15% for 10 sec when hit by her Elemental Burst.
Additional Notes
A1 allows Lisa to apply a stack of the Conductive status when she performs a Charged Attack.
Lisa is often paired with another Electro character to help gain more Electro Energy Particles as her Elemental Burst has a high energy requirement.
Can apply more than 1 stack of the Conductive status if Lisa’s Elemental Skill hit enemies closely grouped together or when Lisa’s Elemental Skill applies the Overload or Superconduct Elemental Reactions.
Works Well With
Lisa pairs well with Physical On-Field DPS because of the DEF reduction from her Elemental Burst and Superconduct reactions which debuffs Physical RES.
Razor being an Electro character also helps Lisa have better uptime on her Elemental Burst because of its high energy requirement.
Venti provides Crowd Control to group up enemies with his Elemental Burst which helps Lisa stack her Conductive status.
Beidou enables Electro Resonance with Lisa, allowing for both to recharge their Elemental Bursts faster.
Does Not Work Well With
Lisa's constant Electro application can knock enemies out of range when used with a Pyro On-Field DPS due to Overload's knock back effect. Electro can also interfere with the consistency of Vaporize or Melt reactions.

A team that focuses on sustained damage while having the option to deal burst damage with Childe Vaporizing his Elemental Burst with Bennett, as well as Lisa’s Elemental Skill (Hold).
Lisa’s Elemental Burst reduces enemy DEF while also dealing Electro DMG even when she’s not On-Field.
Lisa helps in applying Electro for Superconduct reactions that decreases enemies' Physical RES. When creating Superconduct reactions, she also marks enemies with her Conductive status and can use her Elemental Skill (Hold) to deal a large amount of Electro DMG.
Lisa’s Elemental Burst reduces enemy DEF while also dealing Electro DMG even when she’s not On-Field.
